After the surface treatment of the board is completed, there is a trace of texture on the surface of the board, but if you touch it with your hands, you will not feel the unevenness of the surface. The brushed plate is more wear-resistant than untreated stainless steel. It is mainly suitable for cold-rolled 2B layout. It looks more upscale, anti-fingerprint, and can prolong the service life.

Stainless steel wire drawing is generally divided into: straight silk pattern, snow pattern, nylon pattern, etc. according to the pattern. Straight silk pattern is an uninterrupted pattern from top to bottom. Generally, a fixed wire drawing machine can be used to move the workpiece back and forth. The snow pattern is the most popular one at present, and it is composed of a little bit of regular dots, which can be achieved with worm sandpaper. The nylon pattern is composed of staggered lines. Because the nylon wheel is soft, it can grind uneven parts and reach the nylon pattern.
